If you love to sing, if you've been told you're a good singer and if music is your main direction in life - get used to the term "Audition for singers" because you are going to spend some quality time auditioning in order to start working in the music industry.

For every new production, with at least one part that requires singing, whether it's a movie or musical, a commercial or a TV series, an audition for singers will take place. You will also be required to pass an audition for singers if you choose to study music in a well-known music academy.

When attending an audition for singers, it's important you understand the part you're auditioning for and make sure you prove to the judges that you are made for that specific part. it is not enough to prove you can sing.
